• What are the login options?
• There are two login options:
1. Login for all rates & research with a UserID and password
2. Login for transactions & reports with a smartcard

• What information can I find behind the login?
• After you have logged in, you will have access to
• All research reports
• Extended currency pairs
• Interest rates swaps
• Historical rates
• Extended news messages

• Am I eligible for a login account?
• Only Rabobank clients are eligible. We do however offer temporary accounts for non-clients. Please contact an account manager to request an account. You can find one in the 'contact' section.

• How do I request a login account?
• Please contact your account manager. You can find details in the 'contact' section
• Or send an e-mail to transact@rabobank.com and provide the following details:
1. Surname and first name
2. Company name
3. Your account manager

• How do I login?
• To access all rates & research, place your mouse over 'secure login' on the top right-hand side of the homepage. Select 'All rates & research (userid/password)' and login by using the user ID and password that you received via e-mail.
• To access transactions & reports, place your mouse over the 'secure login' on the top right-hand side of the homepage. Select 'Transactions & reports' and login by using the smartcard and smartcard reader.

• I forgot my login account and password, how can I log in?
• Please send an e-mail to transact@rabobank.com.

• Can I change my password?
• You can change your details after login, select 'Edit my profile' at the top of the screen. Your changes will take effect the next time you login.
