RDA is only available for Windows Operating System Platforms. Browser requirements:

• MicroSoft IE 4.0 or higher
• Mozilla 1.2
• FireFox 1.0
• Netscape 4.x

Known issue:

We have recognised login issues when RDA is used in combination with the Google toolbar. If you are experiencing login problems, please remove the Google toolbar first.

This can be done by going to your Start menu > Control Panel (Configuratiescherm) > Add or Remove Programs (Software) > Google toolbar > Remove (Verwijderen)

After this is done please close Internet Explorer and restart it. You should now be able to log on. If you still experience problems you can contact us via the information below.
